Sharayah Fore has spent nearly two decades working at the intersection of data, systems change, and community impact. Her experience spans the public and private sectors, with a focus on using data to inform strategy, strengthen organizations, and drive measurable outcomes. Before joining 9b, she served as Vice President of Impact at MetaFund, leading initiatives across employment, housing, and health that aimed to reduce poverty and build community resilience.
Sharayah holds a master’s degree in Experimental Psychology and has deep experience in collective impact and systems change frameworks. She has led evaluation planning, program design, and large-scale data projects that bring clarity to complex social challenges. She believes the most meaningful solutions come from those closest to the problem, a philosophy that continues to guide her work at 9b.
Sharayah currently serves on the Sunbeam Family Services board, Mobility Access Coordination Council (MACC), and reviews for the Health Promotion Practice (HPP) peer-reviewed journal.
